Cyrena’s Locs is a home-based Sisterlock™ practice located in Telford. We are dedicated to offering top-quality service while prioritizing the knowledge and health of our clients’ hair through the Sisterlocks™ Hair Care Management System. Our mission is to help each client embrace their authentic self, “one crown at a time.”

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information and outlines the policies and guidelines surrounding services, bookings, and other important terms. By scheduling a service with Cyrena’s Locs, you agree to comply with the policies set forth below.

Booking and Late Policy

• If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please call or text us as early as possible. Tardiness may require rescheduling.

• A $20 late fee applies if you are more than 10 minutes late.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and 50% of the total service fee will be required as a cancellation fee.

• Future bookings are subject to approval based on prior appointment history.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments via our scheduling platform, Acuity.

• While we understand that plans change, please note that reschedules are limited. Excessive rescheduling may result in a canceled appointment.

• Cancellations made outside the cancellation window or no-show appointments are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in a restriction from future bookings.

Additional Guest Policy

For client comfort and to maintain a focused work environment:

• Due to limited space, we kindly request that only clients receiving services be present during their appointment.

• Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are scheduled to receive a service.

Photography and Videography

Cyrena’s Locs reserves the right to photograph or videotape work done on clients’ hair for demonstration or promotional purposes. Photos and videos will be used in compliance with our data protection practices to respect client privacy.

Code of Conduct

Cyrena’s Locs is a home-based practice, and we aim to create a positive, respectful environment. We kindly ask that all clients refrain from using offensive language or engaging in disruptive behavior.
